I just purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE FWD from Capital Auto Center 2 days ago and am very happy with the service I received as well as my new whip!

Moodie was the salesman I dealt with. He was very helpful, cordial, and went the extra mile to help me get my SUV 2 days before he said he could have it ready. I was desperate and he worked his magic. He got back to me as promised and made sure everything was set before I came to pick it up.

He was very personable, knowledgeable, and explained things well and openly so that I could make the best decisions with my purchase. I was able to see the before pictures of my SUV. The overall service was great; pressure-free, honest, and pleasant.

I drove back to the dealer ship and was met with a very great group they were very concerned they went with a test drive with me and had there mechanic have a look at it. There was going to be fair a mount of work and parts to repair my car again no fault of the dealership. He discussed with me and gave me 3 choices leave the car with them and get a drive home which i live far away. 2 drive it with the problem which he strongly recommend I not do. And then 3 if I wanted to spend the day there he would do right away. So I took no 3 and was pleasantly surprised when it was done at 3pm and best of all absolutely no charge to me. There was about 500 worth of parts and about 5 hours of labor.. These guys are the best and. Stand behind what they sell.you will not find another dealer that would do this for there customers. If your looking to buy a car I suggest you pay them a visit

My experience dealing with Moodie at Capital Auto Center was fantastic. I was helping my son purchase a car, and we were an hour out of town, and he made the buying experience extremely easy. We purchased a decent used car, at an affordable price, with relatively low mileage. I would not hesitate at all dealing with them again in the future should the need arise.

The guys at Capital Auto Center were a pleasure to deal with. I had several requests for the preparation of the car, and one concern after the purchase. I was totally satisfied with how they looked after them. A few weeks later they called me up to make sure everything was still okay. They were honest and forthright and wanted to be sure I was happy. My son bought a Civic EX 2020. He traded in his old car. The Civic is in excellent condition although it is a used rebuild. No issues with the insurance company for a full comprehensive, identical to the one for the old car. The staff of the dealership was open and honest up front, explaining the reasons of why the issuance of the previous owner declared the car total loss, and the steps they did to repair and recertify after purchasing the vehicle in an auction. The attention was timely and very professional. I highly recommend Mo, but all of them would provide an excellent service, I believe. I feel that they paid too low for the trade in, but that we expected.

Had a great experience dealing with Sam at Capital Auto a month ago. Was looking for a sedan for my son and Sam helped me pick out a 2020 Honda Civic, low mileage, great price. Capital Auto is truly awesome. I got my car in January of 2024 and I walked out very pleased. I got a Honda Civic Touring 2017 and they made sure I was informed about everything concerning the cars history and what they would fix for me. The only con is that the AC isn’t working, I would appreciate a fix up if possible. Other than that, great experience for my first ever car! Moe was awesome!
